From there, walk three minutes to Improv Boston for “Ladylike! The Female Dominated Comedy Show.” Laugh along to some of Boston’s funniest ladies and see what surprises the crowd might have during the 3-minute audience spots. “Ladylike!” is presented on the second Saturday of every month, and this month’s set includes Gloria Rose, Angela Sawyer, Dawn Hartill, Katie McCarthy and Cindy Doan.

Explore your creative side while learning about aromatherapy with this Healing Aromastone Diffuser Jewelry Workshop at The Corner Art Room. The workshop starts with an exploration of essential oils and their benefits, and then you’ll make a diffuser bracelet with smoky quartz, sunset mookaite and tiger’s-eye. All supplies are provided, and you’ll go home with an extra vial of essential oil to top off your bracelet.

Get the whole family active at this Family Yoga class at Coolidge Yoga for parents and kids ages 5-12. The class focuses on building self-esteem through a yoga practice that incorporates storytelling and music, and it targets the mind and body through a blend of physical and mental exercises. Joanna Lloyd is a Brookline-based social worker and psychotherapist in addition to this class’ yoga teacher. Ticket covers one parent and one child.
